Ski-in, ski-out convenience delight
Enjoyed direct access to the slopes, making morning skiing a breeze. The buffet meals offered were excellent, especially for the price, and there was great variety to choose from.
The front desk service could improve during busy hours, and I found the cleanliness in the room to be inadequate at first, though it got better after a quick staff intervention.

The ski-in/ski-out convenience was exceptional, making it easy to hit the slopes early in the morning and return after a long day of skiing.

Ski in/ski out convenience made our trip effortless.
Our stay was affected by excessive noise from school groups, often disrupting our rest throughout the night. Despite being relocated to a quieter room, the mattress was still uncomfortable, causing restless nights. The dining options were often bland and not appealing, making it difficult to enjoy our meals after long days on the slopes.

The hotel was far from my expectations, the food was only adequate, which is hardly impressive for a 4-night stay at such a price. I couldn't believe there was no free access to the spa facilities. it's absurd. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't get past the lack of special treatment for my stay.

Lively, Lively, Lively
The direct access to the slopes was a game changer for our mornings, allowing us to maximize ski time. The sunny terrace became our go-to spot, where we enjoyed refreshing drinks while soaking in fabulous views. Plus, the buffet meals offered were extensive and delicious, catering perfectly to our family's diverse tastes.

We enjoyed our stay with a comfy bar area that had a cozy log fire, perfect for relaxing with family after a day of skiing. The buffet dinner was a hit for the kids and our large breed dog was welcome too!
My wife says that the room temperature was a bit tricky to manage.

We had a fantastic time with the massive double bed in our room and the excellent breakfast options, but the late-night chaos from school groups in the corridors was quite disruptive.

Great ski-in, ski-out experience!
Had an awesome time! The staff really went above and beyond when I needed help after a little accident on the slopes. Plus, the ski-in, ski-out access totally saved time! Eating at the snack bar was a nice touch but getting to the plaza means a lot of stairs. Just a bit tiring after a day on the slopes!
